Forever Grateful

You did not wait for me to draw near to you,

But you clothed yourself in frail humanity.

You did not wait for me to cry out to you,

But you let me hear your voice calling me.

And I’m forever grateful to you.

I'm forever grateful for the cross

That You came

To seek and save the lost

Thank you for the cross Lord

Thank you for the price You paid

Bearing all my sin and shame

In love You came

And gave amazing grace

Thank You for this love Lord

Thank You for the nail pierced hands

Washed me in Your cleansing flow

Your forgiveness and embrace

Worthy is the Lamb, Seated on the throne

Crown You now with many crowns

You reign victorious

Throughout this day, let's be thankful for what really matters.

Ps. 100  Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and enter his courts with praise! Give thanks to him and bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, an his faithfulness to all generations.
